After turning off my faucet or shower, water continues to drip from the spout. How can I fix the issue?

Cartridges are the valve that controls the water flow of the faucet.

Defective or worn-out cartridges may cause the faucet to leak or drip from the spout even when the handle is turned off completely. 

Replacing the cartridge should stop the drip and correct the issue.

To identify replacement cartridges, you may visit the item page by searching the model number of the faucet.

Once you reach the item page, all the replacement parts should be listed under the “Replacement Parts” section at the bottom of the page (see below reference picture).
