Kingston does offer a 60-day open box policy for all of our faucets.
To start the claim for your missing part, please feel free to contact our warranty department at warranty@kingstonbrass.com with the required information.
Requirements for Warranty Request
- A copy of sales receipt, order detail, or invoice required. (Must be clear to read with purchase date, model number, store name)
*Please note that warranty only applies to purchases made through Kingston Brass's authorized sellers. - A brief description of the issue – which part is missing from the package (please refer to the parts diagram as reference) (You can use the model number to search on our website)
- Confirm full shipping address information including your phone number and apartment number if applicable

Please note that the open box policy does not apply to accessories items.
Our warranty department does not offer replacement part for accessories items, please contact your original seller to obtain replacement item if your accessories items have missing component.
