Once the order has been processed, it will be immediately brought to the staging, picking, and handling area. A few extra steps are needed to be done to each department to successfully make this adjustment.

Once an item has shipped, unfortunately, these items are already in transit and cannot be adjusted or expedited.
FedEx or UPS:
You can use the tracking number to update your order through FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice.
You will be able to:
- Hold or delay packages
- Pick up from a local FedEx or UPS location
- Deliver to another address
- Delivery on another day
- Schedule a delivery window
- Sign for packages online
