Installation guide for extension kits

1. Apply Teflon tape on the lower 3/4" portion of your faucets shank.
2. Thread the extension nut to the faucet shank.
3. Insert faucet from above the counter, it may be necessary to widen the faucet hole opening to accommodate the extra thickness on the extension nut.
4. Attach faucet using the washer and lock nut provided with your faucet.
5. Depending on the thickness of your countertop, it may be necessary to add spacer washers to achieve a tight fit, those washers could be found at any hardware store, and they are only required only if unable to securely tighten the faucet.
6. The same procedure will apply if installing extension nuts on soap dispensers or water filtration spouts.
