You do not necessarily need to return your item. Some parts on your faucet, tub filler or accessories etc. may be replaceable. In this case, contact your original place of purchase and advise them of the situation with your Kingston Brass item. They should be able to help you. Another option is to email us at warranty@kingstonbrass.com with short video of the issues and copy of your sales confirmation. We would be happy to help you out.
