How to resolve issue of water running with brownish and black substance from water after new faucet installation?

The source of the brownish material is not related to the faucet since there are no metal elements that will cause the issue from faucets made with machined brass rods.

The brownish or black material originates from the water pipe on the inline valve/ hot water tank that led water to the faucet.
