Replacement Index Button - The hot or cold indicator button fell off of my Kingston Brass handle. Where can I find a replacement for my item?

To reinstall loose index button 

Place a small amount of crazy instant glue onto the button.

Then, add the indicator button in the proper place; hold for a few seconds and you have fixed it.
