Instructions - Find my Model Number - How can I get replacement parts?

The easiest way to determine which cartridge fits your faucet is to find the product page of that faucet at www.kingstonbrass.com. Please use the model number to search for product page.

Another way is to locate the model number on the product box. You may search the model numbers or SKU numbers, or reference numbers on your sales confirmations, receipts, or invoices.

If you are not able to provide the above, please email [e-mail] with multiple angles of your faucet or fixture for our review/identification.

At the bottom of the product page under the section [Replacement Parts] will list the cartridge that fits that specific faucet.
